  • What's your production time?
    The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most products are created directly after you place an order. This is not my full-time job, so I currently spend weeknights and weekends making & shipping orders. Turnaround times are subject to change (weather, illness, holidays) Simple or in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days Most items typically ship in 2 - 3 business days Medium difficult items ship in 4 - 6 business days Complex items ship in 5 - 7 business days
  • How long does shipping take?
    Items ship via USPS with a tracking number & don’t include insurance. Typically delivery within the US takes 3-5 business days. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please file a "delayed mail" complaint with USPS.
  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    Please handle your wearables carefully. Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on after getting ready and the first thing you take off. All of my black and silver jewelry is nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic. To protect from oxidation, please store in an airtight bag or jewelry box that is in a cool, dry environment. To clean, wipe with a dry cloth. REMOVE JEWELRY BEFORE • swimming or showering • strenuous activity • sleeping at night KEEP JEWELRY AWAY FROM • lotion, perfume, or oils • cleaning products • water or soap
  • My package is missing or stolen?
    I do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Please keep track of your delivery so you know when your package is being delivered. Before ordering, please make sure you’ve entered the correct mailing address and that the delivery location is as secure as possible. Orders returned to me will be partially refunded, not including shipping fees. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING 1. Contact your local post office to confirm the time & place the package was delivered. 2. Ask all household members and neighbors if they have seen your package. 3. After a few days, if you haven't found your package, fill out a missing mail report. 4. If you still don't know, please contact your local police & report as lost/stolen.
  • Can I return or cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations aren't available for items that have already been shipped. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. All orders must be sent back in their original condition to receive a refund. Damages are rare, but if your order arrives broken, please send photos of the damaged item & package within 7 days of delivery. Damages or losses that occur 3 days after delivery can't be refunded, but I'm happy to send certain replacement parts for a fee. Disconnected jump rings aren't covered as they are easy to fix. I don't have welding equipment, so parts do occasionally slip off.
  • Why does my order look different?
    Everything in my shop is individually handmade after you place an order. While I try my best to keep each design as consistent as possible, slight variations in color, texture, & size may occur. ITEMS WITH MORE DESIGN VARIATION Designs using raw crystals or pearls Designs utilizing cured UV resin Designs that were hand-painted
  • My order arrived damaged?
    All items are sent in a secure bubble mailer. Damages are rare, but if your order arrives broken, message me photos of the damaged item & package within 3 days of delivery. IF YOU BREAK OR LOSE YOUR ITEM Damages or losses that occur after delivery can't be refunded or returned. However, I'm happy to send certain replacement parts for a fee (to cover shipping & materials) DISCONNECTED JUMP RINGS Because jump rings are easily repaired, they are not covered by my policy. I try to make sure jump rings are closed as securely as possible, but because I don't have welding equipment, I can't guarantee that parts don't slip off.

    Email with any issues or questions regarding your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
